Game & Download Questions

Q: Why can't I download or install a game?

A: First, check if your device meets the game's minimum system requirements. Ensure you have enough storage space and a stable internet connection. If the issue persists, clear your browser cache or try using our desktop client for downloading.

Q: Will my game progress be saved across different devices?

A: Yes, as long as you log in with the same account on all devices, your game progress, achievements, and purchased items will be synced automatically. Please make sure cloud save is enabled in your account settings.

Payment & Purchase Questions

Q: What payment methods do you accept?
