Games: Refunds are available if you request within 14 days of purchase and have played the game for less than 2 hours. This does not apply to games that have been modified, activated with a unique key, or are marked as "Non-Refundable" on the product page.
Gaming Gear & Digital Items: In-game skins, currency, and digital gear are eligible for refunds only if they have not been used, redeemed, or equipped. Requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase.
Pre-Orders: You can request a full refund for pre-ordered games any time before the release date. After release, the standard game refund policy applies.
Technical Issues: If a game is unplayable due to technical problems that cannot be resolved by our support team, you may be eligible for a refund regardless of playtime or purchase date—please provide relevant screenshots or error logs for verification.

Find the order you want to refund and click "Request Refund".
Select a reason for the refund and provide additional details if needed.
Submit your request—we will review it within 3-5 business days and send a confirmation email with the result.
Approved refunds will be credited back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days, depending on your payment provider. Refunds for gift purchases will be issued to the gift giver. We reserve the right to deny excessive or fraudulent refund requests.
